Legal Consultation

in Civil and Administrative Law as well as in Asylum Law

Consultation hours on asylum law during the Corona pandemic:
We too must face the current situation regarding the corona virus SARS-CoV-2 and take appropriate measures to contain it. For this reason, all open consultation hours for asylum law counseling will be cancelled until the 3rd of May for the time being. In order to maintain our counselling services, we will continue to offer counselling via e-mail. You can therefore continue to fill out our contact form or contact us at asylrecht@probono-heidelberg.de. In order to be able to provide effective e-mail counselling, we ask you to include all important and relevant information in the application form or in the e-mail.

We will keep you informed on our homepage about further developments regarding our consultation, in particular how things will continue after 3 May.

Stay healthy!

Yours sincerely,
Christian Hölting
2nd Chairman, Head of Asylum Law Department

HELP - LEARN - TAKE RESPONSIBILITY

Who wants what from whom? - This question may sound banal at first, but even for law students it is often not easy to answer. So how does the layman in law feel when he has a legal problem that needs to be solved?

That is why we want to be a contact partner for those who need legal advice but cannot afford it easily. Our student legal advisors - with the support of experienced lawyers - will assist you free of charge with legal problems in civil (which includes labour law) and administrative law (which includes social law as well as asylum and refugee law).

free legal assistance

Our work for you is completely free of charge. Therefore, you can trust that you will not receive a large invoice from us.

anonymous legal assistance

We guarantee complete confidentiality of your person before, during and after our work. Your contact details are only accessible to the team of advisors and the member responsible for the association's internal case allocation. You can therefore rely on anonymity.

verified legal assistance

We are law students, but are supported in our work by our advisory boards, which are available to answer any questions we may have. Our advisory boards are fully-qualified lawyers, i.e. persons who have passed the 1st state law examination and completed their legal preparatory service.

Legal assistance from a team

Our work always takes place in a team of at least two consultants. Consequently, you can be confident that more than one pair of eyes has looked over your case.
