HELPING - LEARNING - TAKING RESPONSIBILITY

As a student law clinic, we aim to be a point of contact for those who need legal advice but cannot easily afford to hire a lawyer. Our advisors volunteer their time alongside their studies and — with the support of experienced licensed attorneys — provide you with pro bono assistance with legal issues in civil (which includes labour law) and administrative law (which includes social law) as well as in asylum law.

Our legal consultation is intended for those in need and is provided entirely free of charge.

Anonymity

We guarantee your complete anonymity and confidentiality before, during, and after our consultation. Your contact information is accessible only to the team of counselors advising you, the advisory board, and the member responsible for internal case assignment within the association.

Support from our Advisory Board

Our consultations are law students and are supported by members of our advisory board in their work. Our advisory board members serve on a volunteer basis and are experienced, fully qualified lawyers with practice in law firms and courts; as such, they have successfully passed both German state bar exams.

Legal Advice Provided by a Team

Our legal advice is provided by teams of advisors consisting of at least two students.
